Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the private transfer services offered by TransferDisneyland.com between the Paris airports or central Paris and Disneyland Paris.

2. Booking and confirmation

Your booking is confirmed by email or WhatsApp once we have received your quote request. No booking is final until we have confirmed it in writing.

3. Prices

Prices are fixed at the time of booking and include tolls, airport parking and standard luggage. Any undeclared additional luggage or passenger may be charged separately.

4. Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.
• Cancellation between 12 and 24 hours before departure: 50% of the amount due.
• Cancellation less than 12 hours before departure, or no-show: 100% of the amount due.

5. Flight delays

We track your flight in real time until landing, with nothing required from you. The driver's free waiting time starts at the actual landing time of the aircraft, not at the originally scheduled time. No additional charge applies in the event of a delay, whatever its length.

6. Baby seats

Baby seats are provided free of charge on request at the time of booking. Parents remain responsible for correctly fitting the child seat.

7. Liability

TransferDisneyland.com holds professional public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the amount of the service booked.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the Paris jurisdiction.
